To build great AI, we need world-class builders. We are officially launching our Genesis Phase with specialized internships and course products to empower local developers.
Before we can architect neural networks, we must build the foundations of our development ecosystem. Today, we are excited to share details about Phase I: Genesis at Neurovia.
The goal of Genesis is simple: cultivate the absolute best technical talent in Bangladesh.
The Gap in Local Tech Education
While universities teach theoretical computer science, there is often a gap when it comes to shipping production-grade applications. At Neurovia, we are launching:
- Project-Driven Internships: Working directly on machine learning pipelines, responsive UI design, and scalable backend services.
- Open Curriculums: Launching course products focusing on Python, Web Development, and foundational NLP (Natural Processing) techniques.
What Our Interns Work On
Our junior interns, like Samia Ahmed Aunima, collaborate on real-world projects, gaining skills in: 1. Frontend Architecture: Custom styling systems, responsive layouts, and performance optimization. 2. AI Tooling: Setting up local model inference, dataset cleaning, and preprocessing text in Bangla. 3. Product Management: Agile workflows, documentation, and version control.
